By accessing or using the Dentala platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of a dental practice or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Dentala platform is intended for use by licensed dental practitioners and authorized clinic staff. By using our Services, you represent that you are a qualified healthcare professional or are authorized by one to use the platform in a clinical setting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Dentala is a clinical decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional medical judgment. All treatment plans, cost estimates, alerts, and recommendations generated by the platform are intended to assist — not replace — the clinical judgment of licensed dental practitioners. The treating dentist bears full responsibility for all clinical decisions.

The Dentala platform, including its AI models, algorithms, clinical reasoning engine, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Dentala Health. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your clinical practice.
You retain ownership of all clinical data and patient information processed through the Dentala platform. We process this data solely to provide the Services as described. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentala Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dentala Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where applicable, by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
